Activewear MOQ and lead time guide.
A practical way to plan a private label activewear launch before requesting a quote. The right quantity and timeline depend on the product, fabric, colours, construction and branding details.
MOQ is a production decision, not a fixed promise.
Our standard starting MOQ is 100 pieces per style per colour. Sizes may be mixed within that quantity. The practical route is confirmed once the style, fabric, colour count, logo method and packaging are clear. A simple repeat style and a new technical design do not carry the same setup or material risk, so they should not be priced as if they do.
Construction matters
Seams, panels, support level, bonded details and pockets change the pattern and sewing work.
Fabric drives planning
Selected or nominated fabric, colour matching and required performance affect the production route.
Finishing needs confirmation
Logo, labels, hangtags and packaging are quoted once the method and artwork are approved.
Plan from approval, not from the first message.
Calendar lead time begins to become reliable after the product direction, materials and branding route are confirmed.
1. Standard sample: 15 working days
For a confirmed requirement. Sample timing is used to check fit, construction, fabric, colour and branding before bulk planning.
2. Approval and production booking
Bulk preparation begins after the approved sample and final requirements are in place. Priority work is discussed after checking actual capacity.
3. Bulk production: 30–45 calendar days
Typical planning range after sample approval and material readiness. The confirmed schedule belongs in the final quotation and production plan.
