Private label finishing

Branding and packaging are part of product development.

A logo file is not yet a production instruction. Label, print, hangtag and packaging decisions need a confirmed method, placement, material and approval point so the final product arrives as your brand, not a generic garment with a last-minute logo.

The working sequence

Confirm the physical outcome, not just the artwork.

Branding and packaging are planned alongside the sample. This makes it possible to see how a logo performs on a chosen fabric, how labels sit in the garment, and whether all items work together before bulk production is booked.

01 / ASSETS

Share brand files

Logo artwork, sizing information, care content and any visual references are gathered first.

02 / METHOD

Choose application routes

Confirm the planned logo, label, hangtag and packaging methods for the product.

03 / SAMPLE

Review on the garment

Assess placement, scale, colour and material compatibility as part of the sample.

04 / APPROVAL

Lock the brief

Approved details become the reference for bulk planning and final production checks.

Brief checklist

Bring the decisions together.

01Logo files and desired placement
02Labels and required garment information
03Hangtag direction and packaging type
04Any colour, material or finish reference

“Standard” branding is rarely standard across products. A small logo on a sports bra, a care label in leggings and a shipment-ready package each have different material and placement questions. Confirming these on the sample keeps the commercial quotation and final product aligned.
