1. About Us

Chenjia Yoga is an OEM/ODM yoga wear and activewear manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, producing custom leggings, sports bras, yoga sets, and related activewear for brands, studios, and wholesalers.

2. Use of This Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes to showcase our manufacturing capabilities, products, and to allow potential customers to submit inquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any contact form, content, or feature of the Site.

3. Product Information and Quotations

• Product descriptions, images, MOQ (minimum order quantity), sampling times, and pricing information shown on the Site are for general reference only and do not constitute a binding offer.
• Actual pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, fabric options, and specifications are confirmed individually with each customer based on their design, materials, and order volume, typically communicated via WhatsApp, email, or a separate quotation/order confirmation.
• Any production order is only confirmed once both parties agree on specifications, pricing, payment terms, and delivery timeline, generally documented in a separate agreement, proforma invoice, or order confirmation.

4. Samples and Custom Development

Sample development timelines (e.g., “7–10 working days”) are estimates and may vary depending on fabric availability, design complexity, and order volume at the time of your request. Sample and development fees, if applicable, will be communicated separately.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is owned by Chenjia Yoga or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
• If you provide us with your own designs, patterns, logos, or brand assets for custom production, you represent that you own or have the right to use that intellectual property, and you retain ownership of it. We will use such materials solely to fulfill your order.

6. Payment and Orders

Specific payment terms (deposit, balance, accepted payment methods) will be agreed upon separately for each order and are not governed by these general Terms. Please refer to your individual order confirmation or contract for payment details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods (express, air, or sea freight) and delivery timelines will be discussed and confirmed per order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chenjia Yoga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or from manufacturing services, except as otherwise agreed in a specific written order or contract.
