Incoming Fabric Check
Fabric is inspected for defects, shade consistency and shrinkage before cutting begins.
In-Process Checks
Spot checks during cutting and sewing catch issues before they reach later stages.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Finished garments are checked against your approved sample for measurements and finish.
Reporting
Any issues are documented and resolved before goods are packed for shipment.
What We Check, At Each Stage
Fabric Inspection
- Shade and color consistency across the roll

- Shrinkage and stretch recovery testing

Cutting & Sewing Inspection
- Pattern alignment and grain direction
- Seam strength and stitch density
- Trim and label placement

Measurement & Construction Verification
- Full measurement check against your spec sheet
- Tolerance within ±0.5–1cm per point of measure
- Construction details — flatlock seams, waistband recovery
- Fit consistency across the size run
Final Pre-Shipment Inspection
- AQL 2.5 sampling on the full order quantity
- Visual and functional check against the approved sample
- Packaging and labeling verification

Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes, we can share QC reports and photos before shipment on request.
Can a third-party inspector visit before shipping?
Yes, we’re happy to coordinate with your appointed inspection agency, such as QIMA or SGS.
What happens if a defect is found?
Affected units are pulled and reworked or replaced before the order ships.
What AQL level do you inspect to?
We inspect to AQL 2.5 by default, and can adjust to a stricter level (such as AQL 1.5) on request.
Do you inspect every unit or a sample?
Final inspection uses statistical sampling per AQL standards; incoming fabric is checked on every roll before cutting.
