Quality Control

Consistent quality protects your brand — we inspect every stage of production, not just the final product. From incoming fabric to pre-shipment checks, nothing ships without being verified against your approved sample.

Overview

Quality is checked at every handoff, not just at the end.

Our quality control process runs through the entire production line: incoming fabric inspection, in-process checks during cutting and sewing, and a final inspection before packing.

This multi-stage approach catches issues early, rather than at the end of the line, so what ships to you matches the sample you approved.

How It Works

Our Quality Control Process

Incoming fabric check
01

Incoming Fabric Check

Fabric is inspected for defects, shade consistency and shrinkage before cutting begins.

In-process checks
02

In-Process Checks

Spot checks during cutting and sewing catch issues before they reach later stages.

Pre-shipment inspection
03

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Finished garments are checked against your approved sample for measurements and finish.

Reporting and packing
04

Reporting

Any issues are documented and resolved before goods are packed for shipment.

Inspection Checkpoints

What We Check, At Each Stage

Fabric inspection

Fabric Inspection

  • Shade and color consistency across the roll

  • Seam strength and stitch density
  • Trim and label placement
  • Consistency across cut batches
Measurement and construction verification

  • Full measurement check against your spec sheet
  • Tolerance within ±0.5–1cm per point of measure
  • Construction details — flatlock seams, waistband recovery
  • Fit consistency across the size run
Final pre-shipment inspection

Final Pre-Shipment Inspection

  • AQL 2.5 sampling on the full order quantity
  • Visual and functional check against the approved sample
  • Packaging and labeling verification
  • Photo and written QC report before dispatch

What AQL level do you inspect to?

We inspect to AQL 2.5 by default, and can adjust to a stricter level (such as AQL 1.5) on request.
